Wellcoaches Health & Wellness Coaching
Hailey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a trained Health and Wellness Coach. She uses an integrative approach to working with clients, incorporating both eastern philosophies and complementary western psychology. Some of the therapies she employs in the foundation of her mindfulness counseling practice are: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Positive Psychology, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Rapid Resolution Therapy. Hailey also uses a Neuromodulation device called BAUD to treat a wide variety of issues. Hailey firmly believes that physical health and mental health are intertwined so she has combined her background as a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer with her counseling education to create a holistic practice. She is also a Mind/Body specialist certified in both Yoga and Pilates. She was trained in MBCT by one of its creators Dr. Zindel Segal and in MB-EAT by its creator Dr. Jean Kristeller.
